Benefits you can expect from your Pilates Program
What to Wear Comfortable, non restricted workout clothing is recommended. Pilates is done with bare feet or socks if you prefer. We recommend if you are going to wear socks that they have grippers on the bottom. We suggest that long hair be pulled back and jewelry removed for safety purposes.
Class Etiquette It is important to be on time for class. Arriving late disrupts the flow of class and also prohibits you from receiving the full benefit of exercise sequencing the instructor has created for your class. Please silence your cell phone upon arriving to class.
